GREEN PEN started with a small group of engineers who had spent years inside product companies and consulting practices. We wanted to build a place where senior practitioners could keep doing the actual work — writing code, designing systems, running production — without being pulled into endless process.
Today we operate as a focused studio, taking on a small number of engagements at a time. That gives every client direct access to the people building their systems, and gives us the room to do the job properly.
